We had the opportunity recently to enter ventures related to Oil & Gas Projects in Lebanon, where we serviced Janus II- COMEX during its environmental survey in the Lebanese Offshore blocks – in relation to the TOTAL Gas Exploration Project. Currently, we are further involved in the potential hydrocarbon industry and we were appointed as Ship Agent for the Drill Ship - Tungsten Explorer.

UNIFIL Maritime Task Force (MTF) deployed since October 2006, supports the Lebanese Navy in monitoring its territorial waters, securing the Lebanese coastline and preventing the unauthorized entry of arms or related material by sea into Lebanon (United Nations Security Council resolution 1701 dated 2006)”. A total of 15 countries have contributed to the MTF: Bangladesh, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Indonesia, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden and Turkey. UNIFIL-MTF currently comprises naval units from Bangladesh (2 ships), Brazil (1 ship - Flag Ship), Germany (1 ship), Greece (1 ship), Indonesia (1 ship) and Turkey (1 ship).
