 Owner Background & History

Captain Sabaa Labaki born in Baabdat Al-Maten in 1970, immigrated to Canada in 1990 and get graduated with a Professional Navigator degree from the Maritime Institute of Quebec. He achieved the up most marine qualification (Master Mariner) with the Canadian Ministry of Transport.
Since his graduation in 1995 he served as officer on Super Yachts: Lady Moura 105m and “Cedar Sea II” 65m) and since 2002 he get involved as Marine Advisor in the construction of Platinum (Dudai), the World largest Yacht Project.
Captain Labaki profession background can be summarized as follows:

• Graduated in Canada and trained on all aspects of the maritime industry.

• Specialized in Super Yachts.

• Updated on the modern Naval Technology and the newest Maritime Codes and Regulations.

• Deep knowledge in the theoretical and technical use of most sophisticated Electronic Naval instruments, marine Telecommunication and Satellite systems.

• Attended the most knowledgeable and leading international exhibitions, boat shows and seminars.
